Please read carefully. These Terms contain a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver in Section 14. By purchasing a ticket or using the Services, you agree to resolve disputes through individual, binding arbitration and waive your right to participate in a class action.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "Attendee") and Arionex LLC ("Arionex," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of claudeforlawfirms.com (the "Site"), the purchase of tickets, and your attendance at events we produce, including Claude for Law Firms (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Site, purchasing a ticket, or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. The Services
Arionex LLC produces in-person educational events for attorneys and legal professionals, including Claude for Law Firms. The Services include the Site, ticket sales, event production, instructional materials, and related communications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.
3. Tickets and Payment
All ticket prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed through Stripe, Inc. Your ticket is personal, non-transferable (except as expressly permitted by us in writing), and subject to these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and verify information before confirming a ticket. If we cancel an order due to a pricing error or suspected fraud, we will refund any amount charged.
4. Money-Back Guarantee and Refunds
100% Money-Back Guarantee. If you attend the full day of your event and believe it was not worth the amount you paid, we will refund your ticket price in full upon written request submitted to hello@arionex.io within fourteen (14) days after the event. The guarantee requires full-day attendance and is void for no-shows or partial attendance.
Other refunds. Except as expressly provided above or as required by law, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If we cancel an event, your sole and exclusive remedy is a full refund of the ticket price or, at our option, a credit toward a future event. We are not liable for travel, lodging, or other out-of-pocket expenses.
Rescheduling and venue changes. We may reschedule or relocate events. Tickets remain valid for the rescheduled event. If the new date or venue does not work for you, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of the change announcement.
5. Event Attendance, Conduct, and Media Release
By attending an event, you agree to comply with all venue rules, applicable laws, and any reasonable instructions from Arionex or venue staff. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event, without refund, who we reasonably determine is disruptive, abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise acting in a manner inconsistent with a professional educational environment.
Media Release. Arionex and its personnel photograph, film, and record events. By purchasing a ticket and attending, you irrevocably grant Arionex the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your name, voice, likeness, image, and statements captured at the event for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes across all media now known or hereafter developed.
You consent to the Media being edited, captioned, cropped, and combined with other content at our sole discretion. You are not entitled to compensation for any use of the Media. You irrevocably release Arionex from any claims relating to such use, including claims based on right of publicity, right of privacy, or misappropriation of likeness.
Opt-out for dedicated interviews. If you prefer not to be the subject of a dedicated on-camera testimonial interview, email hello@arionex.io at least 72 hours before the event. This opt-out does not apply to ambient footage, group photography, or wide shots.
Assumption of risk. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending an in-person event, including risks of illness, injury, or property loss.
